Warmth that shows up when the cramps do.
A cordless heated pad you strap on under your clothes. It warms up in five seconds, it stays where you put it, and it lets you get on with your day instead of waiting for the kettle.
Heat already works. It just kept you on the sofa.
A hot water bottle, a bath, a hand pressed flat against your stomach. Heat is what most people reach for first, and there is a good reason for that. The trouble was never the heat. The trouble was that it had a cord, or a kettle, or a lap it kept sliding off.
This is the same warmth, strapped on, going wherever you go.
Why heat works, and what the research actually says
cocoa optional. recommended, but optional.
How it actually goes.
Charge it once.
Any USB-C cable will do, including the one already next to your bed. A full charge takes about five hours. After that it runs on its own battery, which is the entire point of it.
Strap it where it hurts.
The woven strap adjusts with a slider. Over your clothes, under your clothes, high on the stomach or low on the back. Wherever the ache actually is that day.
Pick a warmth.
Three settings, 50°C, 55°C and 60°C. Start on the lowest one and turn it up whenever you want more. Most people never leave the first.
Add the buzz, or do not.
Four vibration modes sit on their own switch, marked M1 to M4 on the display. Run them alongside the heat or leave them off. Some people find the hum helps as much as the warmth does, and plenty of others keep the heat alone. Both are a perfectly good way to use it.
Three levels, and permission to use the lowest one.

Every line in that table comes from the manufacturer's manual for the LJ-Y703, the unit we ship.
Three buttons in a row, and nothing to learn.
Everything sits on one edge: the USB-C port, then three soft capsule buttons. The panel above them tells you which mode is running and how warm it is. That is the entire interface.
- HoldPower. Hold it to switch the pad on, hold it again to switch it off.
- PressHeat. Each press moves up the ladder: 50°C, 55°C, 60°C, off.
- PressVibration. Cycles M1 to M4 on the display, or off entirely if you would rather just have the heat.
That is the whole of it. No app, no pairing, no dock, and nothing hidden behind a long press you have to discover by accident.
The side that faces you is padded rather than hard. It sits against a jumper, or against skin, without the cold shock of a bare surface.
It goes where the day goes.
On the sofa under the good blanket, and also on the walk to the bus you did not want to make. There is no cord, so the pad does not get to decide which room you spend the afternoon in. Put a coat over it and nobody knows it is there.
Warmth, used kindly.
Start on the lowest setting and work up whenever you want more. Do not use it while sleeping. Skip it over broken skin or anywhere that feels numb, and take it off when the warmth stops feeling good.
What the manufacturer says. The manual states that the pad is not for use by people who are pregnant, people with cervical tumours, people with active gout, people with heart disease, or on unhealed skin wounds, and that it is not to be used while sleeping. Those are their instructions and we pass them on unchanged rather than softening them.
Anything that changes how heat is felt, including reduced skin sensation, diabetes or circulation problems, is worth raising with a doctor before using a heated pad.
Heat helps a lot of people with cramps. It is not a diagnosis and it does not replace one. If pain is severe, or it is getting worse month on month, that is worth a real conversation with a doctor. We say that because we would say it to a friend, not because a lawyer told us to.
The questions people ask.
How hot does it get?
Three settings: 50°C, 55°C and 60°C at the heating element, which is 122°F, 131°F and 140°F. Start at the bottom. The lowest setting is warm enough for most people most of the time.
How fast does it warm up?
Five seconds. It uses graphene heating technology, which is the single reason to own one of these instead of a hot water bottle.
How do I charge it?
Over USB-C, so any cable you already own will do. About five hours from flat on a 5V 1A input, which is any ordinary phone charger. There is no dock and no proprietary plug to lose.
The cable we include has a USB-A tail for the wall plug. If yours is one of the newer USB-C only plugs, just use your own cable instead.
What does the vibration do?
Four modes, M1 to M4, on their own switch beside the heat. Run them alongside the warmth or leave them off entirely. Some people find the hum helps as much as the heat does, and plenty of others never touch it. Both are a perfectly good way to use it.
Does it turn itself off?
Yes. It shuts down after 30 minutes if it stops detecting movement. The manufacturer built that in as a safety backstop, not as permission to sleep in it.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum to reach.
Will the strap fit me?
It is a woven strap with a slider, so it adjusts to you. If it does not fit, send it back within 90 days and we will refund it.
Can I wear it under my clothes?
Yes. It runs on a battery, so there is no cable and nothing to plug in. The side that faces you is padded rather than hard, so it sits against a layer or against skin without a cold shock.
Who does the manufacturer say should not use it?
The manual states that the pad is not for use by people who are pregnant, people with cervical tumours, people with active gout, people with heart disease, or on unhealed skin wounds. It also says do not use it while sleeping.
We quote them rather than paraphrase, so the list is theirs. Anyone it applies to should talk to a doctor first, and the 90 days covers it either way.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the shell with a barely damp cloth and let it dry completely before it goes anywhere near a charger. Do not put it in water and do not put it in a washing machine: there is a battery inside it.
When will it arrive?
Delivery windows and current lead times live on the shipping page.
What if I do not get on with it?
Send it back within 90 days for a refund. You do not have to explain yourself and you do not have to have kept the box in perfect condition.
One pad. Three buttons. Warm in five seconds.
Free shipping, ninety days to change your mind, and a refund without a conversation about why.
