We are new, so here is the deal instead of reviews.

BringWarm started this year and has no wall of stars to show you. What it has instead is ninety days from the day it lands, no explanation asked for, and a person at the other end of the contact form rather than a ticket queue.

If it is not right, say so and we refund it. That is the whole of it.

A small heated pad that straps around your middle and gets warm in seconds. No cord trailing to a wall socket. No hot water bottle sliding off your lap the moment you stand up. You wear it, and you carry on with your day.

Heat is the thing most people already reach for when cramps start. This makes that heat portable, and adds a gentle vibration on top if you want it.

What it does

  • Warm in five seconds. Graphene heating technology, so it is up to temperature before you have finished strapping it on.
  • Three heat settings: 50°C, 55°C and 60°C. A short press moves you up the ladder, or off.
  • Four vibration modes, M1 to M4, on their own switch. Run them alongside the heat or leave them off entirely.
  • Charges over USB-C, so the cable already next to your bed will do. One comes in the box too.
  • Adjustable woven strap with a slider, worn over or under your clothes.

The full specification, the manufacturer's safety instructions and the ninety day return policy are all further down this page.

Why heat

It is not just that warmth is nice.

Reaching for a hot water bottle is the oldest advice there is for cramps, and there is a well described reason it works. We have written the research up on its own page.

Read what the research says

The settings

Three levels, and permission to use the lowest one.

Warm. Where most people live. 50°C
Warmer. For the second day. 55°C
Warmest. Short stretches. 60°C

start low. you can always turn it up.

Up close

Three buttons in a row, and nothing to learn.

Everything sits on one edge: the USB-C port, then three soft capsule buttons. The panel above them tells you which mode is running and how warm it is. That is the entire interface.

  • HoldPower. Hold it to switch the pad on, hold it again to switch it off.
  • PressHeat. Each press moves up the ladder: 50°C, 55°C, 60°C, off.
  • PressVibration. Cycles M1 to M4 on the display, or off entirely if you would rather just have the heat.

That is the whole of it. No app, no pairing, no dock, and nothing hidden behind a long press you have to discover by accident.

The controls on the edge of the pad: a USB-C charging port beside three small capsule buttons for power, heat and vibration. The back of the pad: a soft grey cushion inside a white rim, with the strap threaded through both ends.

The side that faces you is padded rather than hard. It sits against a jumper, or against skin, without the cold shock of a bare surface.

Every figure here is taken from the manufacturer's manual for the LJ-Y703, which is the unit we ship. Nothing on this list is estimated, and nothing that is not on this list is claimed. We do not publish an hours-per-charge figure, because nobody has run one against a timer yet.

Warmth, used kindly.

Start on the lowest setting and work up whenever you want more. Do not use it while sleeping, do not use it over broken skin or a numb area, and take it off when the warmth stops feeling good.

What the manufacturer says. The manual states that the pad is not for use by people who are pregnant, people with cervical tumours, people with active gout, people with heart disease, or on unhealed skin wounds, and that it is not to be used while sleeping. Those are their instructions and we pass them on unchanged.

If pain is severe, or getting worse month on month, that is worth a real conversation with a doctor. Heat helps a lot of people with cramps. It is not a diagnosis.

Straight answers

Before you decide.

When will it actually arrive?

Two to four weeks, and most orders land at about the three week mark. The checkout shows you a real date range before you pay, and the buy button above shows the same one.

It ships from our supplier rather than a warehouse we rent, and we would rather say that here than let you find it at the payment screen. If you need heat this week, this is not the week to order one. The ninety days start when it lands, so the wait does not eat into them.

How hot does it get?

Three settings: 50°C, 55°C and 60°C at the heating element, which is 122°F, 131°F and 140°F. Start at the bottom. It is warm enough for most people most of the time.

How do I charge it?

Over USB-C, so any cable you already own will do. About five hours from flat on a 5V 1A input, which is any ordinary phone charger. There is no dock and no proprietary plug to lose.

The cable we include has a USB-A tail for the wall plug. If yours is one of the newer USB-C only plugs, just use your own cable instead.

How much is shipping?

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum to reach.

What does the vibration do?

Four modes, M1 to M4, on their own switch beside the heat. You can run them alongside the warmth or leave them off entirely. Some people find the hum helps as much as the heat does, and some people never touch it. Both are a perfectly good way to use it.

Does it turn itself off?

Yes. It shuts down after 30 minutes if it stops detecting movement. The manufacturer built that in as a safety backstop, not as permission to sleep in it.

Will the strap fit me?

It is a woven strap with a slider, so it adjusts to you. If it does not fit, send it back within 90 days and we will refund it.

Can I wear it under my clothes?

Yes. It runs on a battery, so there is no cable and nothing to plug in. The side that faces you is padded rather than hard, so it sits against a layer or against skin without a cold shock.

Why not just buy a cheap corded one?

If you only ever want heat in one chair, buy the cheap corded one. It will work.

This costs more because it has a battery in it, and the battery is the entire point: it means the heat comes with you to the kitchen, the car and the office, and it means nothing is trailing across the floor to a socket. That is the difference you are paying for, and it is the only difference worth paying for.

Who does the manufacturer say should not use it?

The manual states that the pad is not for use by people who are pregnant, people with cervical tumours, people with active gout, people with heart disease, or on unhealed skin wounds. It also says do not use it while sleeping.

We quote them rather than paraphrase, so the list is theirs. Anyone it applies to should talk to a doctor first, and the 90 days covers it either way.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the shell with a barely damp cloth and let it dry completely before it goes near a charger. Do not put it in water and do not put it in a washing machine: there is a battery inside it.

What if I hate it?

Send it back within 90 days of it arriving, for a refund, and you do not have to explain yourself. That is the whole returns policy and it fits in a paragraph.
