About
We sell one thing: a cordless heated pad for period cramps. Not a range, not a system, not a wellness platform. One object that gets warm and stays where you put it.
Why heat
Because it is already what most people reach for. A hot water bottle, a bath, a hand held flat against the stomach. Nobody had to be sold on heat. The only problem with it was logistics: the kettle, the cord, the bottle that goes cold in twenty minutes, the lap you cannot leave. So we did not set out to invent a new idea. We set out to remove the cord from an old one.
What we will not do
We will not tell you this treats anything. It is a warm object with a strap. Heat helps a lot of people with cramps and that is a fair thing to say out loud, but it is not a diagnosis and it does not replace one. If your pain is severe, or getting worse month on month, please talk to a doctor. We would rather lose the sale than be the reason someone waited.
We will not use the word discreet. Periods are not a secret and cramps are not something to hide. You are allowed to say what hurts.
What we will do
- Answer as a person, not a ticket.
- Take it back within ninety days without asking you to justify yourself.
- Keep these pages accurate to the product that turns up in the box.
The short version
Be the friend who turns up with the hot water bottle. That is the entire brief.
