Free everywhere we ship, and no surprises at the door.

What it costs

Nothing. Shipping is free on every order, to every destination on this page, with no minimum to reach and no faster tier waiting to upsell you at the last screen. The price on the product page is the price you pay.

How long it takes

Two to four weeks from the day you order. The checkout shows you a real date range before you pay, and that is the range to trust.

That covers the time it takes to get the parcel out of the door as well as the time it spends with the carrier, which is why it is longer than a shipping estimate you might see elsewhere. It ships from our supplier rather than a warehouse we rent down the road, and we would rather tell you that here than let you find it at the payment screen. If you need heat this week, this is not the week to order one.

We are a new shop. Two to four weeks is the range our carrier quotes, not an average we have measured across hundreds of parcels, and we are not going to dress it up as one. As soon as we have shipped enough orders to know our own number, this page will carry that instead, along with the date we measured it.

You will have a tracking link well before the parcel arrives.

Twenty-eight destinations, and shipping is free to every one of them.

North America. United States, Canada.

United Kingdom and Ireland. United Kingdom, Ireland.

Europe. Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Asia and the Pacific. Australia, Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea.

Middle East. Israel, United Arab Emirates.

If your address is somewhere else, the checkout will not accept it. That means we cannot reach you yet rather than that we forgot you. Write to us through the contact page and we will tell you honestly whether it is coming.

Customs and duty outside the United States

An order going outside the United States can attract import duty or sales tax when it arrives. Your country sets that, we do not collect it and we cannot control it, and it is not included in the price you pay us. Whether anything is charged at all depends on your country's threshold, which is theirs to set and does change.

If you are charged and you were not expecting it, tell us anyway. That means this page was not clear enough, and we would like to fix it.

Tracking

You get a confirmation email when the order is placed and a tracking link when it moves. Tracking can sit still for several days between carrier hand-offs, particularly on a parcel crossing a border. That is normal and it does not mean the parcel has stopped. If it has not updated in five days, write to us and we will chase it rather than making you do it.

If it does not turn up

Write to us through the contact page. A parcel that never arrives is our problem to solve, not yours to prove. We will replace it or refund it, and we will not ask you to prove a negative first.

The ninety days start when it lands

Not when you order, and not when it ships. The wait does not eat into the window you have to change your mind.
