Use the contact page. It reaches a person. Order questions, returns, a pad that arrived damaged, or anything you are simply unsure about all go to the same place, so you do not have to work out which address is the right one.

What to include

Your order number, if you have one to hand. If something is wrong with the pad, a photograph usually lets us sort it on the first reply instead of the third.
