Privacy Policy

Last updated 21 August 2026. Written to be read, not to be skipped.

The short version: we collect what is needed to take your order, get it to you, and answer you if something goes wrong. We do not sell your personal information for money.

What we collect

Order details. Your name, shipping address, email address, an optional phone number for the carrier, and what you bought.
Payment details. Handled by Shopify and by whichever payment method you pick at checkout. Card numbers never reach us and we cannot see them.
Site usage. Standard analytics about which pages were viewed and where the visit came from, plus advertising identifiers if you have not opted out.
Anything you write to us. Support messages are kept so the next reply has context.

What we use it for

Taking, packing and shipping your order, and telling you where it is.
Answering support and returns requests.
Understanding which pages are useful, so the site gets less confusing.
Email, only if you asked for it. Every message carries a one click unsubscribe.

Who else sees it

Only the companies that make the order happen: Shopify, which runs this store; the payment provider you choose at checkout; the carrier that delivers the parcel; and our email provider if you are on the list. Each one gets the minimum it needs to do its part.

Cookies and advertising

Essential cookies keep the basket and the checkout working and cannot be switched off. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional. Sharing information with advertising partners through those cookies is still treated as a sale or a share under some US state laws, even though no money changes hands, so you can switch it off on Your Privacy Choices. Your browser settings can block cookies outright, and if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as an opt out request.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed. Support threads are kept for two years so a later question has context, and then deleted.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on your state or country you may also have the right to opt out of targeted advertising and to be told what has been shared. Ask through the contact page and we will act within thirty days. Nobody gets a worse price or a worse service for asking.

Children

This store is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has given us information, tell us and it will be removed.
