These terms apply when you use this store or buy from it. If you do not agree with them, please do not order.

What BringWarm sells

BringWarm sells one product: a cordless heated pad worn with a strap. It is a general comfort product, not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything, and nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have a health question, ask a qualified professional.

Using it safely

• Start on the lowest setting. Work up only if you want to.
• The padded side goes against you. On the higher settings a thin layer of clothing is kinder to your skin, because prolonged contact with any warm surface can mark it.
• Do not use it on broken, irritated or numb skin.
• Do not sleep in it, and do not leave it running unattended.
• If you are pregnant, have reduced skin sensation, or are under medical care, speak to a qualified professional before using it.
• There is a lithium battery inside. Charge it with a standard USB-C cable, keep it away from water and heat sources, and stop using it if the cell looks swollen or damaged.
• Adult use. Not for children, and not for anyone who could not take it off unaided.

Ordering

You need to be old enough to enter a contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian place the order for you. Prices are shown in the currency at checkout and any sales tax is worked out there. The countries we can reach are the ones the checkout will accept an address for.

If a price or a description turns out to be wrong, we can cancel the order before it ships and refund you in full. We will tell you why rather than leave you guessing.

Shipping

Current delivery ranges, and how firm they are, live on the shipping page. Delivery windows are estimates rather than promises, because the carrier controls the last part of it.

Returns and faults

Ninety days to change your mind, refunded in full. The whole policy is on the returns page.

If a unit arrives damaged or stops working, tell us and we will replace or refund it. We are not going to quote you a warranty period, because there is no published one we can point at and we are not going to invent a number. What we will do is put it right.

Your account and your words

If you make an account, keep the password to yourself. Anything you send us about the product, a review or a photograph, may be shown on this site with your first name unless you tell us otherwise. It stays yours.

Our words and marks

The BringWarm name, the arc mark, the photography and the writing on this site belong to BringWarm. Quote us, screenshot us and link to us freely. Do not lift the copy or the brand assets into a competing listing.

What we are responsible for

We are responsible for the product being what we said it is, and for putting it right when it is not. We are not responsible for losses that follow from using it in a way these terms tell you not to. Nothing here removes a right you hold under the consumer law where you live.

Changes

We can update these terms, and the date at the top changes when we do. If a change matters, anyone on the email list is told.
